Typically, we reserve our blog topics to concerns centered around the recruiting world and the industries in which we specialize here at Kuhn Global Talent.
But, as we come to the close of such a challenging year, we wanted to do something a little different and talk about a few of our volunteering endeavors in the hopes of encouraging the spread of goodwill when, as a whole, we need it the most.
We’ll keep it short and sweet.
Below are some thoughts from our founder, Jim Kuhn, on what volunteering and relationships mean to KGT:
Our lives are largely the sum total of our relationships.
I believe they are the foundation of success and happiness in life.
I am grateful for my relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and others.
In fact, I’ve made it my mission to ensure that Kuhn Global Talent is and always will be a relationship-based recruiting organization.
My personal and work relationships give me faith, hope, optimism, and meaning.
By investing time volunteering on the Boards of Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary and IBH Addiction Recovery Center, I am able to focus on helping people and animals on their pathways to recovery.
Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary in Ravenna, Ohio rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes criminally abused, neglected and abandoned farm animals.

By sharing a few causes that I hold near and dear to my heart, I hope to encourage those within my network to share volunteer causes they are also passionate about during a time when no amount of helping hands or giving hearts could be too much.
With Gratitude,
Jim Kuhn
